Questions 1 : Can the Aquatic Company now, or in the future deliver plastic plants? Although Plastic Aquarium Plants are popular in many countries, the Aquatic Company is against the use of it because plastic aquarium plants don't contribute to a natural balance in your aquarium and don't provide oxygen, etc. Besides that, many people in poor countries make a living by working at a aquatic plant nursery, we must think about them too. We can say that everybody who sells plastic aquarium plants contributes to degradation of an important aspect from a great hobby. Questions 2 : Why doesn’t the Aquatic Company sell artificial stones? Because there are more then enough real stones still waiting to show their beauty in your aquarium, there is no need to sell artificial stones. Besides that, every stone is unique which makes it special and it makes your aquarium unique as well. And do you want your aquarium to look exactly the same as your neighbours’? Questions 3 : Is the Aquatic Company environment friendly? We try to be as friendly as possible. We only use roots of felled trees of the Javanese plantations. Some roots are from living trees, but we only harvest one piece from each tree at the time so the tree will not be heavily affected and will continue growing. We also don’t sell alive or dead coral, plastic products or lead. Most important in being environmentally friendly is providing information to the local people. To change their bad habits is not an easy job, but step by step we’ve already made some progress. In cooperation with the local governments we try to explain the fishermen why the use of poison, explosives and electricity is a bad and prohibited way of fishing. We will publish more information and pictures about this subject in the near future. Questions 4 : Does the Aquatic Company have products in stock? Some products are fast deliverable; other products can take some time. We don’t have many products in stock yet, but we will try to get more products in our store house as soon as possible. We can guarantee fast delivery when products are stocked. |
