SAMPLE When you like to receive a sample of one of the products we can send it, when suitable, to you by courier (DHL/TNT). We will only charge you the freight. TERMS OF ORDER 1. Wholesales prices are on request due to exchange fluctuation, external rises in prices, availability, etc. 2. Freight (Courier, Air Freight, Ocean Freight) and packaging will be charged separately. 3. Although Aquatic Company will do everything in her power to deliver the best quality. We cannot be held responsible for differs from sample or order and damages in any way during shipment. DELIVERY TIME Aquatic Company will provide an estimated delivery time to complete the order and the transportation time in consultation with the cargo handling. Please note that most of the products are not in stock. CANCELLATIONS No cancellations are accepted once orders have been confirmed. SHIPMENT The cargo will be handled by PT. Uber Sari Cargo or PT. Aba Logistics and will be charged separately. When desired we can ship by your requested cargo company. PAYMENT - Payment can be made by bank transfer. - 50% deposit upon placing the order. - Full payment before shipping. |
